At Massac Memorial Hospital, we recognize that every medical issue is an important one.

Reasons to visit a Massac Memorial Clinic

Minor cuts where bleeding is controlled
A minor dog or animal bite where bleeding is controlled (but see your doctor - a rabies shot may be necessary)
A sprain
A sunburn or minor burn from cooking
An insect sting or delayed swelling from a sting (if there is breathing difficulty, go to the ER)
A skin rash
Fever (if there is a convulsion, go to the ER)
Colds and cough, sore throat and a runny nose
Chronic Disease Management including but not limited to: Hypertension, Diabetes, Cardiovascular, other chronic diseases and a variety of other medical conditions.

All other physicians/providers on staff at Massac Memorial Hospital, including but not limited to; emergency physicians/providers, pathologists, radiologists, anesthesia providers, other hospital-based physicians/providers, my attending physician/provider and consulting physicians/providers are independent contractors and are NOT employees or agents of Massac Memorial Hospital. All such physicians/providers are independent contractors who have been granted privileges at this facility for the care and treatment of their patients.
